Elastic. I love this one, it fits perfectly, washed and put on without shrinkage, and I got a lot of compliments on it.
I am 5'6" tall with a 30.5" waist and 42" hips and ordered a size large. This dress fits great, it has good sized pockets (!) , and the fabric is nice and soft. For summer office wear, it's great. The fabric is actually heavier than I expected, but that adds to the comfort.
I'm 5'8" and weigh 155 lbs and usually wear about a size 10. I got the large and it fits better in the looser fit I like and is flattering on me. It looks like it would be suitable for any time from spring to fall.
I love the comfy stretchy fabric! After having my baby I've stayed away from form-hugging outfits, but this is a winner! I love how comfortable it is and how versatile it is. I'm 5'2, 140, and ordered a medium.
This dress is amazing! The shape of it is so flattering to my body, and it’s great material! Much softer than I expected. The best part, is it has pockets! 100% recommend 👍🏾
